Every Flags and Canopies product is fully inspected before despatch  and is guaranteed to be free of defects, in both workmanship and materials, for a period of FIVE years beginning the date of the products original purchase.

 

Should the product develop any faults during this three year period, due to defective workmanship or materials, it can be packaged (complete) and freight prepaid to either an approved Authorised Service Agent or to Flags and Canopies direct.

Please contact Flags and Canopies to check which address to send the return.

 

Subject to inspection, the product will be repaired free of charge.

 

This guarantee is invalidated where:

 

• Repairs have been made or attempted by others.

• Wind, rain or other forces of nature cause damage

• Accidental or deliberate damages to the product

• Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.

• The product has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.

• Alterations have been made to the product.

• Non-genuine or recommended parts or accessories are fitted to the product.

• Ink fade is subject to a 1 year warranty.
   

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights

 

The 3 year warranty certificate received on purchase on any Flags and Canopies products after March 20th 2017 will be required when any claim is made.
